School and Graduate Institute of Physical Therapy currently offers both undergraduate (bachelor's degree; B.S.) and graduate (master of science degree; M.S. and the doctorate program degree; PhD.) programs.

MS in PT Advanced PT programs which offer subspecialty clinical, research, and pedagogical training primarily in, but not limited to, musculoskeletal PT, neurologic PT, cardiopulmonary PT, and pediatric PT. By aligning with the national health policy, to nurture excellent PT professionals and educators in order to promote PT research, develop theoretical frameworks and service models, and improve the health of people in Taiwan

Geriatrics and Long-Term Care certificate program A certificate program founded in 2007, in charge by our School and co-sponsored by the Schools of Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, and Social Work, and Institute of Health Policy and Management in the College of Public Health. To nurture students who are interested in long-term care with interdisciplinary knowledge, skills and wholistic approaches to the care for older adults or disabled clients. The program emphasizes on the concepts of aging in place, reflective health care team, and an attitude of compassion and thriving for elite.
